HealthyHER’s prenatal care program is patterned after the JJWay® maternal health model Easy Access Clinic™, a national model that centers access, connection, knowledge and empowerment as keys to a healthy pregnancy, birth and baby. Our clinic is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and rooted in the values of equity, access, and client-centered care. Our providers offer in-person pregnancy testing and confirmation, prenatal care to low-risk clients that includes lab screenings and imaging, nutrition and breastfeeding support, labor preparation, and follow up postpartum care visits.

Prenatal clients choose the hospital in which they desire to labor and give birth and will be provided with their prenatal medical record. After delivery, clients are able to schedule postpartum care follow up and support. Our Easy Access clinic model providers do not deliver at the hospital or provide community birth but provide outpatient care only.
